Yang’s Braised Chicken Rice opens at Original Farmers Market LA

LOS ANGELES, CA – Yang’s Braised Chicken Rice, a staple for its authentic Chinese dish served at spice levels ranging from regular, authentic to spicy, has joined the lineup of restaurants from The Original Farmers Market to 3rd and Fairfax in Los Angeles .

Yang’s, which operates several restaurants in Southland, was launched when founder Xiao Lu, Yang’s grandmother, passed on the secret recipe for her “divine sauce”. It opened its first restaurant in Ji Nan, China’s Shandong province, in 2011 and has since franchised more than 6,000 locations worldwide, company officials said.

The restaurant’s menu – braised chicken and rice with an exclusive house sauce – is rooted in tradition and has developed a loyal international fan base, according to Yang’s.

In addition to the three varieties of spice levels, vegetarian options will also be available at The Original Farmers Market location.
