During the winter, you can never have too many braises to choose from. So I’m calling on my fellow bloggers to submit their favorite braises to the Swirling Notions Braisy Chain.

Throughout the long, chilly nights of winter, I’ll be tracking who joins the Braisy Chain and doing a roundup on Swirling Notions each time enough entries warrant. And if we get enough, I’ll even make some sort of schedule.

Here’s how to join:

1. 3. Tag other bloggers to join the Braisy Chain.
